What if you're looking to hire a developer? If you're not a developer or designer or techie startup entrpreneur, then you can only join the group and attend socials bybecoming a sponsor, which requires paying 4 beer and pizza at any of the socials that you attend. If you work for a recruitment agency then unfortunately you cannot join as a member, and can only become a sponsor for an event.
